You will need 16 skewers. Soak in cold water for 30mins.
 
1 kg  small cahat potatoes 
 olive oil cooking spray 
2 tsp  sea salt flakes 
 
1Preheat bbq grill plate on medium heat.
2Place potatoes into a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 5 mins or until just tender when tested with a skewer. Drain and rinse under cold water. Cut potatoes in half and thread onto skewers.
3Spray potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bbq for 30mins, turning every 10 mins, or until golden and crisp.
