| 1 | Preheat bbq plate on high heat until hot. Reduce heat to medium. Spray roast with oil. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and black pepper. Place in a shallow baking dish. | | 2 | Place onto bbq. Cover with bbq lid. Cook for 1hr 15mins to 1hr 45mins for medium. Remove from bbq. Cover with foil. Stand for 15 mins before slicing. |
