Broccoli Frittata
	2 cups    broccoli florets   1 cup    milk   1/3 cups    tasty cheese, grated   4   eggs   1 pkt    Thick Vegetable Soup     1 Place broccoli into a greased ceramic quiche dish. 2 Beat eggs with milk and soup mix, pour over broccoli. 3 Sprinkle cheese on top. 4 Bake at 180c for 40-45 mins. 5 Serve with a salad.   Servings: 8 Yield: 1 flan   Copyright © 2006, The Gourmet Saint
