4 cup  Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries 
1/2 cup  icing sugar 
2 cup  King Island cream 
1/4 cup  kirsch 
2 tsp  vanilla 
 
1Prep: Hull the strawberries and rinse all the fruit well.
2Place the forest fruits in a sauce pan and add the sugar and vanilla. Cook until the fruits they burst. Take the pan off the flame and allow to cool and add the Kirsch.
3Place a spoonful of the berries on a crepe, fold and serve with the cream.
