2 420g  cans chickpeas 
1½ Tbs  extra virgin olive oil 
3 large  oranges 
3 cloves  garlic 
1 Tbs  ground cumin 
1 pinch  cayenne pepper 
2 Tbs  tahini 
 
1Drain chickpeas. Finely grate orange rind and juice oranges. Crush garlic.
2Process chickpeas, oil, orange rind, 3/4 cup orange juice, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper and tahini until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until required.
