1 1/2 kg  Roasted finely diced pumpkin 
500 g  Braised leek 
250 g  Grated cheddar cheese 
12 Eggs 
1 L  Cream 
 
1Pre-heat oven.
2Whisk egg and cream.
3Add remaining ingredients.
4Place in a suitable dish and put in bain-marie.
5Cook in oven for about 1hr or until firm in the middle.
