2 kg  pork leg roast 
 coarse salt 
 olive oil 
 
1Rub pork with salt and oil and bake in a hot oven, 220°C, for 20 - 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 180°C and bake for an extra 25 minutes per 500g of meat.
2Let meat sit for 30 minutes after roasting, before carving.
