2 Tbs  peanut oil 
2 tsp  sesame oil 
2 Tbs  garlic minced 
6 Tbs  brown sugar 
4 whole  chicken breasts 
1/4 cup  soy sauce 
2 Tbs  ginger minced 
6 Tbs  sesame seeds, toasted 
 parsley for garnish 
 
1Prep: Finely chop parsley for garnish. Cut chicken breasts into 1" cubes.
2Heat oils in heavy skillet. Add garlic and chicken. Sauté over high heat for 3 mins or until the chicken is about half cooked.
3Combine sugar, soy sauce and ginger. Add to chicken.
4Continue to sauté over high heat until most of the liquid is evaporated and chicken is glazed. Remove from heat and chill.
5Sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss before serving.
