350 g  spinach 
2 cups  Ricotta cheese 
1 Tbs  fresh parsley 
1/2 cups  Parmesan cheese 
 
Prep: Steam, dry and finely chop spinach. Season with a little salt and pepper; set aside. Finely grate parmesan cheese. Finely chop parsley. Mix ricotta cheese with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley; heat gently.
