Strawberry Cream Crepe Filling
	6 cups    strawberries - fresh   2 Tbs    icing sugar   1/2 cup    fresh cream     1 Prep: Hull and finely slice most of the strawberries, leave one for each crepe for a garnish. 2 Sprinkle sliced strawberries with sugar; set aside.
