6 cups  strawberries - fresh 
2 Tbs  icing sugar 
1/2 cup  fresh cream 
 
1Prep: Hull and finely slice most of the strawberries, leave one for each crepe for a garnish.
2Sprinkle sliced strawberries with sugar; set aside. Divide among crepes; fold. Garnish with whipped cream and a strawberry centred on the cream.
