Sweet Potato, Honey Glazed Onion And Goats Cheese Frittata
	1 1/2 kg    Roasted fine diced sweet potatoes   500 g    Honey glazed onions   250 g    Goats cheese   12   Eggs   1 L    Cream   1   finely grated nutmeg     1 Pre-heat oven. 2 Whisk eggs and cream together. 3 Add remaining ingredients. 4 Place in a suitable dish and put dish in bain-marie. 5 Cook in oven for about 1hr or until firm in the middle.   Servings: 32   Copyright © 2006, The Gourmet Saint
