2 175g  tubs natural no-fat yogurt 
2 lebanese cucumbers 
2 cloves  garlic 
1 lemon 
1 tsp  lemon pepper 
1 tsp  salt 
 
1Deseed and grate lebanese cucumber. Crush garlic. Finely grate lemon rind and juice lemon.
2Combine cucumber, yoghurt, garlic, lemon rind, 1 Tbs lemon juice, lemon pepper and salt in a bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until required.
