Chef Yakov

Yakov Kaploun is a qualified international chef, who has been practising in the culinary industry for 25 years.  He describes himself:

"I would like to share with you my passion for food of many different cultures and cuisines. My favourite dishes come from Europe, such as mother of culinary France and her sister Italy. The other side of my expertise is Asia, the great China, with irresistible stir-fry dishes, huge variety of flavours and ingredients. Similarly I have world famous curries from India and Thailand. Extremely fragrant Eastern spices such as coconut, lemongrass, coriander as well as many others. As they combine, they become a signature of Asia.
Variation of meat, poultry, seafood and vegetarian can please everyone. French succulent, mouth melting braised dishes, soups, extravagant salads and entrees are able to entice anyone to fall in love with the superb range of seafood, meat, poultry and vegetarian ingredients, combined with wine, cream, herbs, butter, eggs which are the essence of great culinary.
Italian fresh herbs, lettuces and vegetables in a mix with olive oil create a taste of real food classic. Gourmet pastas, casseroles, braised dishes and soups are created from top quality ingredients produced on that soil."
