I wanted to let you know how excellent the service was from Alison Veitch on Saturday night August 27th for my birthday party.
Alison handled the expansion of my dinner guests from 8-10 to 12 people brilliantly. Alison was very organised and had carried out quite a bit of preparation and was able to adapt easily to my kitchen layout and make the most of the utensils on offer. Alison served as well as well as prepared a delicious dinner for us all. I was able to "connect with Alison" and she helped me work through the menu and my final wine selections - all of which added to an incredibly successful evening.
The menu was fantastic and made for a thoroughly enjoyable evening with my guests. Everyone commented to me the following day on how good Alison was and wanted to know how I found her.
I am pleased I had such a dismal experience with Funkychef which forced me to look further and find Gourmet Saint.
If the occasion arose again I would not hesitate to request Alison's services again via Gourmet Saint. I am sure your business will succeed if you continue to hire individuals of such a high calibre and experience level such as those evidenced in Alison Veitch.

And the risotto was very yummy. The béarnaise sauce tasted just like I remember from French restaurants. The panna cotta was also delicious and had a very lovely white chocolate flavour. We were really impressed that the food turned out so nice especially considering the conditions you were battling up there in the wind! The kids ate every lost drop & Nicolas said he loved it
even though it had pea's, he didn't pick them out like he usually does, he
