I wanted to let you know how excellent the service was from Alison Veitch on Saturday night August 27th for my birthday party.
Alison handled the expansion of my dinner guests from 8-10 to 12 people brilliantly. Alison was very organised and had carried out quite a bit of preparation and was able to adapt easily to my kitchen layout and make the most of the utensils on offer. Alison served as well as well as prepared a delicious dinner for us all. I was able to "connect with Alison" and she helped me work through the menu and my final wine selections - all of which added to an incredibly successful evening.
The menu was fantastic and made for a thoroughly enjoyable evening with my guests. Everyone commented to me the following day on how good Alison was and wanted to know how I found her.
I am pleased I had such a dismal experience with Funkychef which forced me to look further and find Gourmet Saint.
If the occasion arose again I would not hesitate to request Alison's services again via Gourmet Saint. I am sure your business will succeed if you continue to hire individuals of such a high calibre and experience level such as those evidenced in Alison Veitch.

Thanks for getting up to Sydney yesterday, Mum really enjoyed having you there, she said the smell of the food cooking was superb, and last night she had the Coq au Vin which she said was delicious. She said it was a pleasure to have you both there. So thank you. This is an awesome gift idea and will definitely keep it in mind for future birthday gifts for my close friends.
Thanks again for last night. The food really was wonderful and everything looked perfect. I especially loved the garlic prawns, they were quite scrumptious. And the risotto was very yummy. The béarnaise sauce tasted just like I remember from French restaurants. The panna cotta was also delicious and had a very lovely white chocolate flavour. We were really impressed that the food turned out so nice especially considering the conditions you were battling up there in the wind! We will definitely recommend your service to all our friends so it's a good thing you gave us loads of cards!

We got home at 6:45, and were able to get stuck into the fruit-salad right up. How yummy.
Then we ate the chicken and Nut casserole, talk about a double yummm.

even though it had pea's, he didn't pick them out like he usually does, he

Just a quick email to thank you again for your kitchen magic last week. Phil
probably told you that I began chemotherapy a week ago, and it has the been
the most wonderful luxury to have your beautifully cooked, nutritious &
delicious food in our fridge and freezer without me having had anything to
do with getting it there! Thank you also for the amazing job you do in
leaving the kitchen in much cleaner shape than it was when when you arrived!
It's been lovely to briefly meet your children. I don't know many mums whose
young teenage sons appear in a stranger's kitchen during their school
holidays, immaculately kitted out in uniform, and asking their mother
sensible questions about a roux. I think you must be a special mum as well
as a special chef.

Mike did our Sunday night dinner for 8 people and I have to say his skills,
personality and end result blew us away. He did a superb job of planning,
organising and executing the function in our small suburban kitchen. I would
thoroughly recommend this service, Mike the chef and also the value for
money. An excellent dinner, superb culinary skills and his personality adds
to the occasion.
I’m in love with your quinoa salad... holy crap – it was good!
Also loved the balsamic lamb with baby eggplant... and my partner nicked one
of my Salmon honey lime parcels and fell in love with it – we both did.
